R.W. Bro. John G. Michaels.
"R.W. Bro. John G. Michaels is a leading member of a group of distinguished members of the Order, who is greatly beloved for his many kindly brotherly traits of character and generous disposition.

He is an expert ritualist and a member of the Grand Lodge of Instruction who has a very definite idea of what is dignified and impressive, with a thorough grasp of the details of all the ceremonies which he conducts.

He is representative of Grand Lodge of Oklahoma, U.S.A. As trustee of Masonic Hall, Arthur Square, his advice and keen business acumen are ever at the service of the Craft.

In business life he is a director in the great tobacco firm of Messrs. Gallaher & Co., Belfast."

Bro. J.G. Michaels joined the Lodge of Research in 1916.
