The Jewel is suspended from two silver engraved bars and a sky blue ribbon. The flower engraved on the bars appears to be a Forget-me-not.

Short History of Warrant No. 707.
Warrant No. 707 issued to brethren in LISNARICK, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh on the 10th December, 1789. Warrant No. 707 was Cancelled on the 6th July, 1815, but restored by Grand Lodge on the 3rd December, 1818.
Warrant No.707 was Cancelled by Order of Grand Lodge on the 3rd July, 1823.

The Minutes of the Grand Lodge Board of General Purposes dated 22nd May 1946 show concerning Warrant No. 707 -
"22 May, 1946 - Read Memorial from various brethren praying for a warrant to establish a Lodge in Belfast in the County of Antrim to be called the Samuel G. Taylor. Recommended."
The Recommendation of The Board was followed, as is shown in the Grand Lodge Minutes of 6th June 1946as "Confirmed"
Warrant No. 707 reissued to `Samuel G. Taylor Lodge' in No. 9, COLLEGE SQUARE NORTH, BELFAST on the 7th June 1946.
Series five Vol. 20 shown as Vol. of the extant Grand Lodge Registers shows -
"Warrant No. 707 to Belfast as “Samuel G. Taylor Lodge”, 7 June, 1946 - Frederick A. Gorman, Civil Servant; Henry V. Bean, Railway Clerk and David McMurray, Co. Director, all from Lodge No. 427, registered along with eighteen others from various lodges, fifteen being from Lodge No. 427, 7 June, 1946"
Samuel G. Taylor Lodge No. 707 was Constituted in Freemasons' Hall, Arthur Square, Belfast on Saturday,30th November 1946 by Rt. Wor. Bro. John Gillmour, Provincial Grand Master of Antrim.
The Lodge had twenty-one Foundation Members and W. Bro. Fred. A Gorman was first Master. Bros. Henry V. Bean and David McMurray were the Wardens, W. Bro. John Ward was Treasurer and W. Bro. William J. McGarvey the Secretary.
The late W. Bro. Samuel G. Taylor was elected to the Office of S.G.D. in the Province of Antrim in 1913 and he had a life-long interest in the Masonic Benevolent Institutions.
Warrant No. 707 was removed to Freemasons' Hall, ROSEMARY STREET, BELFAST in 1956.
Series six Vol. 23 of the extant Grand Lodge Register commences with the registration on affiliation of James Hamilton, Retired (509) registered here 21st March, 1952.
A total of 71 brethren registered up to 17th October, 1952. In most cases the dates when the issue of certificates is shown, together with the occupation of the brother.
A total of 96 brethren registered up to 19th October, 1984. In most cases the dates when the issue of certificates is shown, together with the occupation of the brother.
From 1984 the registration of members of SAMUEL G. TAYLOR LODGE No. 707 is held, in alphabetical order, in a computerised register by Grand Lodge, Freemasons’ Hall, 17 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2. The Registration of the Worshipful Master, Wardens and Secretary of Lodges are held in separate Registers, the first Volume covering the period 1983 to 1994 inclusive and the second Volume covering from 1995 to date.
