This silver medal was issued on the 4th June, 1925 to commemorate the Bi-Centenary of the M.W. The Grand Lodge of Ireland, 1725 -1925.

The medal consists of the Coat of Arms of the M.W. The Grand Lodge of Ireland on the obverse.

On the Reverse, the Coat of Arms of the Rt. Hon. The 6th Earl of Donoughmore, K.P., 
the M.W. the Grand Master of the M.W. The Grand Lodge of Ireland in 1925.

The medal has a silver bar with the date "4th June, 1925" and brethren who attended the Bi-Centenary service in Christchurch Cathedral on the day were entitled to wear the bar.
